I DON’T HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD WITH ME, CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?
Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatments can be covered by commercial insurance. Please refer to the list below for specific insurance companies. Even if you do not have your insurance card with you, you can still make an appointment and receive treatment. After the treatment, you will need to make the payment upfront and then submit the receipt to the purchased insurance company for reimbursement.
How is my treatment fee composed?
The treatment fees are determined by the sum of different medical procedures. For example, if acupuncture and cupping therapy are performed, the cost would be the acupuncture treatment fee plus the cupping treatment fee. Unless it is part of a package, such as the cost for initial diagnosis and treatment, which has separate regulations.
